Training Calendar

The members of the Mid-Atlantic Fire Compact provide training opportunities throughout the year. The Compact also holds the Mid-Atlantic Wildfire Training Academy at Garrett College, McCoy, MD, around the second week of June.

Pennsylvania usually offers a wildland fire training academy starting the Tuesday after Memorial Day. Virginia typically has a spring academy the last week of May and a fall academy usually in September.

The calendar below is provided as a reference of past training events within the compact. As new training events are advertised, they will be added to an event calendar on this site and posted to the front page.
